Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refund will be issued in the following cases:

• Product damaged during delivery
• Wrong product received
• Product not delivered

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No Refund Cases

Refunds are not provided if:

• Product is used or damaged by customer
• Wrong size/color chosen by customer
• Customer changes mind after delivery
